MHT 1490 Telescopic Handler for Manitou is Available Now.
The MHT 1490 Telescopic Handler is designed to handle heavy and bulky loads on all types of terrain. Easily combining performance and versatility. This MHT will Increase the productivity of all your sites. There will be no more worrying about ground conditions when using this Telehander. As Standard on all of our MHTs (excluding MHT 790), frame levelling lets you correct your machine’s level to keep your load horizontal.
This Telescopic Handler has two speed hydro-static transmission. Combined with a two-speed gearbox. This enables you to adapt your movement speed and the tr-active effort. It guarantees precise, progressive operation allowing you to put down your loads in complete safety.
Drive in complete safety regardless of the difficulty of the terrain. This range of MHT’s allows you to work in complete safety regardless of your activity. The MHT 1490 has semi-off road profile tyres. Along with High ground clearance (41 to 49 cm) for driving on all types of terrain. There is limited slip differential added to all the MHT’s Range.
This Teleporter is Simple and Ergonomic. Manitou works hard to make your work easier. With the JSM (Joystick Switch and Move) you can operate all standard hydraulic functions with just one hand. Therefore, This means that you can keep one hand on the steering wheel at all times for maximum safety.
The Machine can be controlled remotely. As like you were in the cab. This is all thanks to the (optional) remote control. It gives you excellent visibility of your load from the outside. This unit can also be used for operating the machine in platform mode.
