Jim Macadam Equipment Ltd provides uncompromising quality and
service for all products supplied on a nationwide basis. Most
companies describe their services department as 'Part Sales and
Service' but Macadams put the 'Service' part first. The company
has a policy of continuous education through product training
for its parts staff, sales and service engineers resulting in
a very high level of product knowledge.
To insure that its dealers and distributors present a consistent
image and level of service, CASE operates a dealer standards certification
programme. This programme monitors and assesses dealers on all
aspects of their businesses covering areas such as business management,
financing, parts and service support, and facilities. Jim Macadam
Equipment Ltd have to perform to a certain level to get certification
from CASE. Our mobile telephone number is on the gate. We are
on call 24 hours a day seven days a week. This level of availability
to our customers is part of our dealer standards with CASE. We
are also involved in the Partners in Excellence programme which
is operated by TEREX and with the Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
Programme (CSL) launched by CASE in 1995. |
