For this reason we heavily invest in our service department to ensure that all of our customers get the best service thus ensuring the shortest possible downtime. Our new state of the art workshop with state of the art welding bay, electrical repair centre and precision tool area backs up our claims, proving our investment in being the ultimate service provider.

Engineers and Training:

With over thirty years experience in the servicing of construction equipment, we have the knowledge as well as the technical equipment required to make a speedy diagnoses in breakdown situations. Our engineers are trained and kept up to date on a constant basis. We believe so much in training our staff that we have built a dedicated training room Our Service department is complemented by our extensive parts department which stocks a wide range of parts and accessories.

Jim Macadam Equipment is committed to supplying genuine parts only; this is to ensure the same level of quality is maintained throughout the lifetime of your machine.

Our in depth knowledge of customers plant machinery holdings enables us to plan our spare parts inventory to meet our customers specific needs. This has helped us to achieve a first time pick rate of 95%.

In the event of a spare part not being available from our extensive inventory we can source and make it available for dispatch within 24 hours.

Jim Macadam Equipment ltd has been a construction machinery exporter for near 20 years now. With the onslaught of the recession this element of our business has been highlighted as the now obvious oversupply of equipment in the shrinking Irish market is evident. Macadam Equipment has an extensive list of end user clients who have been buying used equipment from us for many years now, they trust our assessment of the machinery and therefore pay higher prices for quality. A high proportion of our sales are end user and not trade to trade, which cuts out he middle-man and therefore achieves a higher price for our client, our experience in logistics and loading helps keep the transport costs down which again helps keep more money in our clients pocket.
